This is a very special tour that combines a cycle tourwith the fantasticexperience of living theVenice lagoon in the traditional way that is from the water.The tourallows us toenjoy the atmosphereof theunspoiltlagoon of Treporti. Starting fromCa’Savio will headtoward Treportito know thedistrictofMesola, that is Middle Island,betweenLioPiccoloand the seaboard.Short stopatLioPiccoloandreturnto Treportiwhere,  with a traditional boat , we will proceedto the island of Burano, famous for lacesandfor buildingstypicallycolored. Time at leisure tovisitthe most characteristic corner of this islandand to delight glimpse of the lagoon. Lunch in a fishlocal restaurant. After lunchgetting back inthe boatwe will go toSt. Erasmus, the vegetable garden of Venicefor itsextensive cultivation, in particular the “purple artichoke”, SLOW FOODandPATItalian product. On the island we will make acycleroutealong the perimeteroverlooking thelagoon sideandthe sea side. At the end returnto Treportiby boat , arrival in Ca’Savio expected at 17.00 ca.

Length: 28 Km on level ground, suitable for everyone

Departure/Arrival: CàSavio in front of the city hall

Route condition: cycling and walking paths, minor local roads with low traffic.
