From 08:15 to 12:30 / from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Check- in from 16:00 to 19:00 / Check-out from 08:30 to 10:00

Tourist tax to be paid before check –out: 0.50 Euro per day per person excluding children under 14 years old.

We welcome you in our small residence of 24 apartments located on the West side of Lake Garda , at the basis of Mount Maderno ."

The residence provides a free WI-FI network to which you can connect with your Facebook credentials , Google and other socials, or by a free registration . Once connected our " GEO PORTAL " will open. It provides various information and services : weather , recommended restaurants , activities and events , beaches, international newspapers , organize boat tours , know the tour you can join with bicycle or walking, quickly communicate with our staff or order fresh bread and milk to collect at the reception the next morning ... “to be ordered before 7:00 PM – to be collected from reception after 8:30 AM”

Our apartments

Our apartments are equipped with air conditioning / heat pump, microwave, kitchen tools and dishwasher. Please, to avoid power surges do not turn all electronic devices on at the same time. The air conditioning works only if all the windows are closed , make sure also the bathroom window is closed.

- To provide electricity to your apartment let your key badge in the appropriate space near by the entrance.

- To use the heat pump, verify that all air-conditioning are set to the same temperature to avoid "conflict between devices”. Allow 10 minutes to generate heating.

- To exit from the apartment, once in front of the door press the button on the right hand side.

- If you find the parking gate closed, you can open it by tapping your badge in the proper intercom area.

- The apartments are equipped with linen and towels , for those who have a stay longer than 6 nights you have the right of a free change of linen and towels (request when you want the change to our staff), for those wishing to use the washing machine, you will find it in the basement of the building.

- We want to remind all our customers that smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

- We kindly ask the cooperation of all our customers to close the umbrellas pertaining to each apartment when not in use or in the presence of adverse weather.

- It is forbidden to move sun loungers.

Pool and garden area rules

- Pool opening hours 09:00 to 13:00 / 15:00 to 20:00

- garden maintenance is carried out every Thursday mornings, we apologize for any inconvenience.

- Shower before enter in the swimming pool.

- Pool’s depth is 1.30 m.

- It is forbidden to run, dive and make noise.

- It is forbidden eat or drink on the poolside.

- For hygiene reasons we ask you to tie your hair up or wear a cap.

- Children must always be under close supervision of an adult.

- It is forbidden to leave cigarette butts or chewing gum in the garden or in other common areas.

- For whom is carrying his dog , we ask to keep it in the patio / terrace of their relevance and in any case do not set it free to bother other costumers.
